FLASK and Tokyo Chemical Industry signed a contract of commissioning manufacture of organic and inorganic semiconductor materials

FLASK Corporation (FLASK) has signed a contract with Tokyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (TCI) of commissioning manufacture of organic and inorganic semiconductor materials developed at Yamagata University (YU) and FLASK.
At YU, Professor Kido’s group filed and acquired a number of patents on organic and inorganic semiconductor materials such as OLED materials based on years of research, through several major projects including Japan Regional Innovation Strategy Program by the Excellence (J-RISE, 2009-2014), Promotion Program for Strategic Innovation Development (S-Innovation, 2009-), and Center of Innovation Program (COI, 2013-) supported by Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).
FLASK and TCI will cooperate in the manufacture and sale of these patented materials to supply to device manufacturers of OLED displays and lighting panels.
